This past week has brought so much excitement as I have been awarded distribution rights for The Opus DVD.

This came to me unexpectedly, and I knew as soon as the offer was made that it was a window of opportunity that I was to grab hold of.

The principles we have been taught in creating the life we love include opening our mind to dream, and see ourselves being, doing and having the life we desire. We must allow ourselves to dream big and decide what it is that we want. We are not to worry about the 'how' as it will present itself - whether in part, by smaller things such as a particular book, a seminar, meeting a certain person ...

The how will just 'arrive' as long as you believe, and take certain actions along the way.

To my absolute amazement - my 'how' has arrived in the form of a DVD. The Opus DVD.

Each time I view the movie, I am more inspired and motivated to pursue my goals and live my life's passion.

It's not about just putting your intention out into the universe and sitting back on the couch waiting for the Law of Attraction to drop your dream life into your lap. This is where The Opus gives us the pieces that were missing in The Secret. For each and every one of us to be successful and achieve the things in life that we desire, there are other strategies required, but these steps are not difficult.

You will discover for yourself how the great teachers in this movie such as Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen, Dr John Demartini, Dr Joe Vitale, Marci Shimoff, Bob Doyle and others take you through each step of the journey - from Vision ... To Plan ... To Performance.

And you WILL open your mind to what is possible for you, and you WILL be motivated to follow your dreams and you WILL be inspired to take action.

The following tip is the beginning to installing the habit of lifelong learning:

Always have a Book

It doesn't matter how long it takes you to read a book - whether a week or a year. Always strive to have a book that you are reading. Take it with you so you can read it when you have a few minutes to spare. Just by shaving off a few minutes in-between appointments or activities in you day you will get to the end of your book. You will be amazed at how many books you will get through in a year!

Is Your Work Worthy of You?

What are you trading your time for? It's pretty obvious that we are trading our time and our talents in exchange for money when we are employed by a company.

But do we ever consider the real trade that is being made? You might ask yourself, "What else am I trading?" How about your life? Do you realize that every second of every day that you spend working is time that is gone forever? You never get that time back. You continuously trade the only life you have in exchange for a paycheck.

I realize most of the world subscribes to the idea that we need to work. I also believe we should work. It is necessary for people to earn money to maintain their chosen standard of living. But do you realize how many people work just for the money?

In many cases they don't like what they do and they don't particularly like the people they work with, either.

Ask yourself this important question: "If it were not for the money, would I continue to do what I am doing?" If your answer is "yes", you probably have found the right fit for you and actually love your work. That is great.

However, if your answer is "no", you should give serious consideration to what you really love to do.

I believe our work should always bring us great satisfaction. If you love your work, you give the best of yourself and it shows. You also create a worthwhile product or service that will truly benefit humanity.

Have you ever noticed that every talent that human beings can possess benefits others in some way?

When you love your work, every day is an absolute joy. You will still encounter your share of problems and challenges. This is good; however, because those challenges cause us to grow. Without challenges, everything would pretty much stay the same, rendering the world a very boring place to live.

Make some time to explore the idea of what you would love to do. Don't spend one second thinking of why you can't do it either. Let yourself begin to dream again.

I believe every person has something special deep inside that they would love to do with their life. Most of them were either never taught to explore that side of their soul, or somebody squashed it in the past.

Perhaps the fear of failure has stopped you from pursuing your dream. Maybe the fear of what others would think about your dream has stopped you.

Realize this: you are an incredible person and the very fact that you can dream of doing something is verification that you can do it. A great secret to success is understanding that you would not even be able to conceive of an idea if it were not possible.

You might think, "How can you say that? You don't even know me." That is true. I don't know you, but I know what created you. And I know you were given unlimited potential.

Because you have such awesome potential, wouldn't it seem logical that the work you choose should be worthy of you? I think it should.

Many people have had past experiences that created emotional blocks. It then becomes difficult for a person to dream or succeed. These blocks can be removed so that you can experience more of who you are.

New beliefs can be created that will propel you to greater and greater success. Your life can and should be the wonderful masterpiece it was created to be. However, you must believe it can be that way.

Make sure everything you do is worthy of YOU!
