So, what mistakes are common amongst female entrepreneurs, and what steps can we take to avoid these intrusions that cause chaos in our lives?
Lack of Belief:

Lack of Focus:
Often as a female entrepreneur you try to be everything to everyone 24 hours each day. This results in having multiple tasks on the go at once, most of these tasks never being completed, and you experience a continual 'chasing of your tail'. Confusion, overwhelm and anxiety all creep into your life. Sound familiar?
Each night before going to sleep, write your 'to-do' list for the next day. No more than 7 items should be on your list. As you sleep, your subconscious mind will be figuring out the most efficient ways to achieve the tasks.
In the morning, read over your list begin with the most daunting task first up. Once this one is out of the way, others will be less challenging and you will find completing them a breeze. Remember to cross off tasks that are unnecessary in providing benefit to you, your family or your business.
By focusing and taking action on what is important, your days will not only run a lot smoother but you will increase your productivity tenfold.
Lack of Me Time:
As you try to fit more and more tasks into your day, number one get's left behind. You. The wants and needs of your family, colleagues, business and household all seem to take priority. This is not the lifestyle you set out to achieve is it?
To avoid burnout, it is vital that you schedule 'me time' into your week.
Set the hours you wish to work and stick to it. Business hours for you may be 9 to 5, or 6 to 12, so establish the most convenient and productive hours for you and stick to it. Obviously you will need to be flexible and stray from your schedule at times, but setting boundaries will create a time frame to work with and you will be surprised how much more proactive and productive you will become during those working hours.
At least once per week, schedule in 'me time' and do what makes you truly feel happy. That may be to lay in a bubble bath, listening to your favourite music, with aromatic candles burning on the windowsill. It may be to take a walk through a park, feeling the gentle breeze caress your skin as the birds sing joyfully around you.
Whatever makes you relax, take this time to get in touch with your soul. Appreciate the goodness that is in your life. This is also the time that the creative side of your brain takes over and offers you inspiration.
Without making 'me time' available, you are constantly in the state of DOING rather than BEING.
Enjoy each moment of 'me time' and you will be surprised at how much more successful you become as you allow your body to rejuvenate and recharge, but also open your mind to the amazing opportunities that await you.
Although you may have other habits or practices that need attention, working on eliminating the lack of belief, lack of focus and lack of me time will make a huge difference to your own journey of success.
Find the belief, instil focus and schedule 'me time' and the difference you will experience just might be the answer you were looking for. Your success as a female entrepreneur is your right so do what it takes to make it happen.
